We have Jabber for Android on the internal wi-fi network. everything works fine but every 30mins or so the App times out or resets. I have attached the pic of the timeout window on the phone.
Has anyone experienced this. I am running CUCM 9.1.2 IM&P 9.1.1 and the Jabber App is 11.6. I have recently uploaded the latest Jabber for Android cop file.
any help is appreciated.

You would need to look at a PRT to see if this is caused by the device itself, or if this is something on the server, or network.
I only see one honeywell device in the supported devices list, is that the model you're using??

Yes we are using the approved Honeywell CT50 model. I have a TAC case opened and waiting for their response.
