Hello there,
We have CUCM version 10.5 and using Jabber clients for Android and iPhone.
The problem is that when calling from user A to user B - which is using Jabber Client for iPhone, call connects, there is 2 way audio, but when B is transferring the call to another destination C from Jabber client (doesn't matter if its internal or external number) call from B to C is moved to hold, and when pressing resume button, the call from A to B drops. While B and C are connected.
This issue appear only when transferring call from Jabber client for iPhone.
any ideas?
