I am using call manager v12 and looking for a 3rd party CDR software to generate report for calls handled for some directory number within 15secs, 30secs etc. Checked with Variphy, they can't generate such reports. Appreciate any leads on this.
In native call queuing custom announcements are not heard. When selecting the built-in messages these are working properly. Custom announcements have been uploaded to all nodes and voice media streaming has been reset.
