Hi Siwar,

If it is a single user issue, could you please delete the Jabber folder under below location;

C:\Users\<windowslogonname>\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications

C:\Users\<windowslogonname>\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications

try the jabber log in again. see if you are still getting the error. further, you can attach the jabber error report to look in details.

Regards,

Shalid

Please change your password not to use any special character and try to log in.
Can you please verify below bugs;

if it still an issue; please generate jabber problem report and attach to the thread. we will look further.

Hello Shalid Kurunnan Chalil,

Thank you for your reply, the user use a simple password but  The problem when the user launches his cisco jabber, it open with a window to put login and password (both) not just the login @ domain and it does not give the choice to click on advanced parameter or put the login @ domain and after he asks for the password?

you can try to reset the jabber from the 'cog' icon again, then select File > Reset Jabber;
Click Reset to confirm the action;
it should reset the jabber.
Close the Jabber application. and also delete the jabber folder under roaming and local.
not resolved. then re-install the jabber.

If you still face the issue, can you email the jabber problem report if you don't want to post in this public forum (shalidkc@gmail.com)

hello,
I did it already and it did not work, I sent you the log file via email . Thank yoy
