Hello all,
any thoughts regarding the below ?
Call Setup:
(A)Jabber Mobile/Desktop
(B)PSTN Mobile Number
(A) --MRA--EXPs --> CUCM --SIPTrunk --> Provider --> (B)
B can hear A but A can't hear B -- if B pressed on any digit during the call, two ways stream start and A can hear B
from EXP-C logs to CUCM if no dtmf pressed:
RTP-RxStat: Dur=35,Pkt=0,Oct=0,LostPkt=0,AvgJit=0,VqMetrics="CS=0;SCS=0"
RTP-TxStat: Dur=35,Pkt=1663,Oct=266080
if jabber is over vpn or onsite the same call goes fine.
MRA Setup:
EXP-E Dual NIC -- Public IP is configured on LAN2 - No NAT
Note: MRA to MRA// MRA to internal - no issues

Hi,
This looks like a firewall related issue.. I would ask the firewall guys to check why media is being denied. That's where I would start.
You can also take Wireshark capture on PC and provide the ports that is negotiated for the session to the firewall team.
