Jabber - Personal chat changed to persistent chat

Hi,

We have recently noticed that some previous personal jabber chats have shown up as persistent chats within the rooms feature of Jabber.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar in the past

Running IM&P 11.5 and jabber clients 12.5

Hi there

May be persistent chat feature is enabled. Local chat message archiving must be enabled for persistent chat. Local chat message archiving is enabled on Cisco Unified Communications Manager IM and Presence Service using the Allow clients to log instant message history setting
