Hi All,
Regarding CUCM ver 9.1.2
Quick question, I hope. I need to inbound calls to an extension off-net to a directory IVR with pauses in the digit string. Right now it seems as though Call Manager is spewing the digit string out. Is there a way to slow the digit presentation down as well as add a pause? For example:
extension 1234 is forwarded to a toll-free directory IVR in which I want to wait to hear the IVR, then dial the extension; something like 1234-> 918889997777,,,,,,1234.
another thing is that if I change the IPPhone field in Active Directory to the above string (918889997777,,,,,,1234) a place the call through the directory feature on IPCommunicator, IPCommunicator seems to "dial" each digit individually, but hard deskphones seem to outpulse all digits too fast.
Hopefully this makes sense, and thanks in advance for your help.

Thanks Jaime, but my problem isn't in speed dials, but if I am in a directory number and setting transfer all to the off-net number. Speed dial "," pauses work, but just not in transfers.
