Hello community,
actually we have registration problems only with few jabber Clients.
We found that all Clients with high ping Replys to vcs <50ms get a Login failed. Other clients with ping time >5ms are no problem.
We change the Registration controls:
Standard registration refresh strategy to VARIABLE
Standard registration refresh minimum (seconds) to 300
Standard registration refresh maximum (seconds) to 400
but without success.
Because we get error code 408 back from VCS & all requests with short times are sucess, we think there is a problem with timeouts.
Just change TLS handshake timeout (seconds) to 120
But all without success at this time.
