Hi,
Just want to ask what services that needs to be restarted for CUCM and Unity Connection if cannot hear prompts when calling Unity Connection Voicemail. Thanks.

Are the services running?? Can you hear the greetings via the CUC admin???
What happened before this started??

Yes, the services are all running. Actually the CUCM is already running, I just installed Unity Connection for MeetMe purposes but when I tried to test my integration (SCCP) I cannot hear the voicemail prompt. I am also connected to the voicemail system.

since its a new installation i think the integration is not done properly.
On SCCP integration, CUCM connects to unity connection via VM ports and these ports are typically arranged in a huntgroup when you configure it.
review the configuration again and check if all the VM ports are registered to cucm.

also if you are testing it on a subscriber level, then make sure the VM profile is selected for that subscriber and what do you hear on dialing a VM pilot number ?
