Java issue trying to change menu messaging

I've been trying to get media manager to work to change greetings for about a week and tried 6 or 7 versions of Java to no avail. Latest version I tried was 8u77 (8u78 doesn't exist).

Currently on CUCM 11 - Using IE11

Instead of the player app, this pops is what the webpage shows:

No support for Java applet: application/x-java-applet;version=1.5

Have you tried using Audio Text Manager off of Unity Tools?

When I ran into the MM issue due to JRE I was able to get around it with ATM.

Not sure how to set it ATM up. I have been given access to CUCM so I can update music on hold, phone numbers, and greetings - but I'm not sure about all the info ATM is asking for when setting it up.
