JTAPI support (upgrade)

Hi all,

We've integrated a Genesys Application (Call Center) with a CUCM6.0.

Actually the customer need to upgrade to the CUCM v8.x.

Does the JTAPI that used in the version 6.0 will always works in the V8.

The version of JTAPI used in the CUCM6.0 was

Sun JVM 1.4.2

Sun JVM 1.5.0

And the actual version of JTAPI in the CUCM8 is

Sun JVM 1.6.0.5

Will the CUCM works with the Genesys ?

You need to ask Geneys this question. It's the ISV's responsibility to certify support for TAPI/JTAPI versions.

If a JTAPI (client side) use the version

Sun JVM 1.4.2

Sun JVM 1.5.0

Will the CUCM 8 side(which use 1.6.0.5) accept the request?
