Unity Connection 7.13. When i configure 'Language That Callers Hear setting on the Message Settings ,' for a user and do a save - The system reverts to 'inherit language from caller' . Any reason why this is doing this?
I have overcome this by using routing rules but just intrigued as to why the above setting could not be made.

Not showing selected entry for Language That Callers Hear | |
Symptom: In Unity Connection administration page open a subscriber Go to edit > message settings change the "Language That Callers Hear" option to anything other than "Inherit Language from Caller" The page will reload and always show that the setting still is "Inherit Language from Caller" Conditions: CUC 7.1(3) Workaround: Use Bulk edit to set "Language Callers Hear", that does work |
