LDAP Authentication Bi-directional?

In CUCM 9.0.1, is LDAP Authentication bi-directional?  Can a user access the Change Password function on the Cisco Jabber client or the CUCM User Settings page?

Thank you,

Jason

LDAP integration to AD and like are one way only where CUCM reads it from LDAP server, there is no write from CUCM to LDAP.

Chris

Chris,

Thanks, that's what I was hoping.  Unfortunately, I'm not finding anything in the documentation either way.  If you've enabled it in your facility, can you tell me if the Change Password option is available on the Jabber client or in CUCM's User Options page?

Regards,

Jason

It is one way, so you cannot change LDAP password from Jabber/CUPS/CUCM.

Chris

Have you reviewed the SRND which covers this?

Jaime,

Thanks for the info, but the link doesn't work for me.  I receive a "Forbidden File or Application" page.

Jason

Link is fine, try another browser, delete cookies, reload browser.
