Based on that I would say that you have version agnostic licenses for CM, but version specific for CUC. Also you BE starter pack is version specific, but I don't think that would matter all that much.

It depends on if you have version specific licenses in your virtual account for Smart Licensing. If you do you’ll need to get either version independent licenses or new licenses for version 14.

From what I can tell that’s not a screenshot of the license from your VA. Either way it does look like you have version specific licenses as it states 12.x.

As an example this is from our VA.
We have version in-depended licenses as seen by the green mark. The once marked in red is what we currently use for our v12 CMs.
