Dull I know, and not really a technical query... but...
I've just tried putting together a parts list for a 200 user UM system using the 'dynamic configuration tool' on cisco.com .... wonderful thing that it is (!).
It's given me this parts list:
UNITY-4.0
Unity 4.0 1
UNITY-IP
Unity for CallManager, IP Only Integrations 1
UNITY-EXCHANGE
Unity for Exchange 1
UNITY-DS-ENG
Unity Data Store - in English 1
UNITY-MS-ENG
Unity Message Store in English. Not required for Domino. 1
UNITYU4-200USR-E
Unity UM Exchg, 200 users, 16 session, 2 TTS 1
UNITY-FOVRSVR4-32
Cisco Unity Data Store 4 -32 sessions - Per Processor 1
UNITYUM-FOVR-USR
Per user for Unified Messaging Failover 200
Included: UNITY-MSG-STR5.5
Unity Message Store 5.5 1
It seems to think I need a message store - surely I don't, since I'm using the already in-place Exchange resources?
How do these various part numbers tie in with the UNITYU4-200USR-E bundle? Aren't most of these parts (except for the failover bits) included in the bundle?
Basically I'd like to know exactly what I need to specify over the bundle 200 user UM package to get a working failover pair. Also am I right in concluding that if I wanted to extend the number of sessions or TTS sessions I would just buy an additional license for the main Unity box and this would automatically be applied to the failover box without additional licensing there?
Thanks folks
Aaron
