Limiting call duration from either CUCM or CUBE

we need to limit call duration of international calls to 10 minutes, could this be done directly from CUCM or from CUBE?

keep in mind that I don't need to limit the duration of ALL calls, just certain ones.

if this is possible, would I be able to limit the calls by destination number? trunk?

Not on CUCM, the only parameter that handles call duration affects ALL CUCM calls. Might be possible on CUBE but you would need to develop a TCL script to do so as there is no out of the box option.
