Is there any possibility in Unity 4.0(4) with Callmanager 4.1(2) integration to set up the following feature?
A caller initiate a call to the recipient, but the recipient doesn't answer to the call. The callmanager forward the call to the unity voice mail pilot, but when the unity starts to record the message the recipient can hear that during the recording phase, and if he then picks up the phone the call routes back to his phone, and they can start the conversation. If the recipient picks up the phone during the recording, the unity server automatically deletes the voice message. This is the same functionality as in the old PSTN voice message recording devices exists.

This feature is planned for the 4.2 release coming out early next year - it's being called "message monitor" - you can listen to voice mails as they are being recorded and select to pull that caller out of voice mail and talk to them live if you like.
