Live MOH in the FXO Gateway & CUCM 11.5

Hi,
i have a Call Manager cluster 8.0.3 installed in the MCS Servers, i will make an upgrade to 11.5.
actually, i have a Live MOH configured in the CUCM with an adapter USB/ JACK, and the cisco sales has confirmed to me that the adapter dosn't work with the UCS Server.
i have a Gateway with an FXO interface free, i would like to configure the Live MOH in FXO Interface, can you help me please.

Look at the CME config guide for the live feed MOH configuration that is required
