Looking for good monitoring tools to manage my Cisco VoIP system other than Prime.

Hi,
Prime suite of products is the Cisco solution for provisioning and monitoring the Unified Comm applications. If you do not want to go for the same then there are inbuilt tools like Real Time Monitoring Tool ( RTMT ) in most of these applications apart from certain other web and cli based reports. If these inbuilt tools do not satisfy your requirements then you need to check for third party solutions online like Solarwinds and others. Getting info about specific products and specific reports that you are looking for will also help.

RTMT does cover most of these and lots of other useful reports for servers, endpoints, gateways and trunks , you can find all the details here

CAR tool is also handy for QoS, call stats, gateway utilization and other reports
