Hi,
We have implemented Microsoft Lync 2010 on Citrix Xenapp Environment. We want to use the CUCILYNC to integrate Microsoft Lync with Cisco Call Manager. We want to use Lync in softphone mode and calls are handled by Cisco Call Manager
Does anyone know how to get the CUCILYNC working in a Citrix environment?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Sarthak,
did not work at all.
Apparently, it can work on Xen Desktop.
We are on the process of testing.
Thanks
