Have any of you had any experiance with enabling MaliciousCallIdentification in a UCCE environment with the call landing on CVP before being sent to an agent.
Call flow looks like
Customer --> PSTN --> CUBE --> CVP --> (Execute routing script) --> Agent
in this scenerio can we enable MCID feature either on the agents phone or may be on the CUBE itself.
I was having a look at the below document

and can see that MCID-O is the only supported feature.
MICD is also not supported on SIP trunks, wondering what the road map is as most of the customer now use CUBE for PSTN connectivity.
