How many number of maximum devices(including Voip and analog phones) can be register with cucm 11.5

It depends on which OVA model was selected when the virtual machine was built. In theory the maximum number is 10,000. That assumes the node has no other responsibilities of any kind other than call processing for phones.

As @Elliot Dierksen mentioned the number of devices also depends on the OVA.

The maximum devices which  a CUCM  node can register is 10K. Refer the below Guide.
