MediaSense - All Recording Has Stopped

Hello -

We have an old MediaSense setup - v11.0.1.11000-11 (yes, we're badly out of date) - that we are slowly working toward leaving behind with a move to Webex Calling. But we are still actively using it until the migration is complete.

We have multiple lines in our environment that are "always-on" recording. We've dealt with recording stopping previously, but a server restart has always fixed it. This time we haven't been so lucky.

The last call we can see in MediaSense displays this - ERROR: Record Cancelled. The incoming number shows as 0123456789.

Since that call, no additional calls have been recorded at all. Multiple server restarts haven't helped. Anyone seen that error or something like it before?
