Hello,
I would like to know if MediaSense offers the possibility to sort the sessions by UCCX Application Unified CM Telephony Trigger from where the call came , and if so , how ?
I have seen in the documentation that in the session details there would be a possibility to see the CSQ , but my client needs to do some kind of sorting by the trigger number . Can this information be tagged to the sessions ?

Thank you Alexander , but I still don't see the option of sorting records that came through ICD , by the Telephony Trigger from UCCX.

As far as I remember, the telephony trigger's attributes are Route Point, Application and max number of calls. Probably you want to sort records by App ID ? Its possible.
