Hello,
I have a Callmanager 6.1 single server. I have configured a range of DN for meet-me conference. The first conference meet-me it's ok (3 partecipants), but I can't open a second conference simultaneously.
Someone can help me?

If I press meet-me softkey on another ip-phone and dial another number of a meet-me DN range, the call fail.
This happens only if another conference meet-me is up.

Hi Lorenzo,
What number do you have configured at this setting?
Service Parameters Configuration >Clusterwide Parameters (Service)>Maximum MeetMe Conference
Here is some additional info;
Conference Bridge Configuration
Adding a Meet-Me Number/Pattern
Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
I read the documents indicated.
The value at service parameters is "4" (default).
About meet-me DN, I have try in two manner:
one range 310X and two single DN 3150, 3151.
Both have the same problem.
One more info: the ip-phone use a cfb software in a MCS server in remote site, but
the device pool are the same. The link between the two locations is on MPLS (VPN). There are not cfb hardware, MRG or MRGL.
...The thing that I can not understand, it's that one conference runs but no two !...
Thanks
Lorenzo

check your media group list and make sure you have not somehow left out software bridge or have a hardware bridge with one allowed session

Hi,
I haven't media resource group list, media resource group or hardware conference bridge.
I have only the CFB software on any server of the cluster. One server has the cfb software in the same device pool of the ip-phone with the issue.

curious. What do you mean with the ip phone with the issue. Are you trying to start 2 meetme conferences from the same phone?

No, I've tried with 2 ip-phones.

what do you get busy signal?
09-15-2008 07:32 AM
no, I get fast busy tone

try restarting conference bridge

you'll need to get a CUCM trace to find out what's going on if restarting the IPVMS service doesn't do the trick
