Hi,
In my meeting place 6 ( audio server 8106), if I try to call for assistance from the meeting, it fails to call the attendant.
From meeting > # and then 0 ( for assistance) fails.
How do we set this?
Note- From Meeting I can dial any specific number ( MY IP PHONE and PSTN as well).
Thanks

Hi Shashank,
Here is the info for MPX, I'm sorry I can't find the same info for Meeting Place, but perhaps you could try this;
Step 1 Log in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express and click Administration.
Step 2 Click System Configuration > Usage Configuration.
Step 3 Configure the following fields:
â¢Dial attendant on timeout-Set this field to Yes.
â¢Attendant phone-Enter the help desk or attendant phone number.
Step 4 Click Save.
Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
Thanks for your help. It is exactly the same in MP6. I found it yesterdays while reading the manual again and it's working fine now.
Kind Regards
Shashank

Hi Edward,
It's like finding a needle in a haystack sometimes isn't it :)
Take care,
Rob
