Meetingplace Outlook plugin - Where?

Customer wants to get the outlook plugin for the latest version of Meetingplace prior to an upgrade so they can push it via automated distro during the same window as the upgrade to the latest 8.6 release.  

Normally the plug in is downloaded from the server, but is there any way to get it in advance?  I don't see the plug in for the latest version on CCO.

Scratching my head here.
