Hello together,
I have the following error message in my CUBE:
Could not expand chunk pool for CCSIP CCB Pool . No memory available -Process= "Chunk Manager", ipl= 2, pid= 1
As I understood, the memory is full. Therefore no in/out phone call can take place.
My question is, how can I temporarily solve the problem ?
with which command can I clear this memory ?
I am very grateful for your support.
Best Regards

Hello Ela,
Quick googling points to a potential defect match. Which IOS version are you using? I would suggest upgrading to IOS version with bugfix.

Hi Vladimir,
Actullay I am using the latest version. It should not be the problem.
Do I have any possibility to clear the memory ?(As a quick solution)

As Vladimir pointed out there is no quick way to clear out the memory, you’ll be forced to reload your router to do so. Can you please share the exact version of IOS that your using?

Which exactly IOS do you have? If it contains this bug it should be addressed by TAC so they reach out BU and check why it is not fixed in latest release. You can reboot the box, but more appropriate is to use IOS version with bugfix.
