I just needed to create a menu for specific phone number
Ex: when someone ring 3555
Please Press 1 for depatment c ->3554
Please Press 2 for for depatment d ->3556
Please press 3 for depatment e ->3557
Other Invalid Entry
I may not need queuing at this stage but if can that would be great
Does any one have any experience with something like this?or any free CTI or any other application thats works with CUCM
Thank you in advance

If you are using an H.323 or SIP gateway you can do something this basic using the B-ACD TCL script. If you have Unity or Unity Connection, the Call Handler feature can do this sans any call queuing abilities.

Take a look at the Unity Connection Administration Guide. There's a chapter on call handlers. Don't feel bad if they seem backward at first. It took me a while to figure them out as well.
