My "Message Indicator Light" is not working on my Cisco IP Phone model SPA514G . I don't know if it could be the light that has blown out, or the wiring is set up on the back wrong. I really miss having it. No one seems to know. I checked the online manual and there was nothing for trouble shooting this. Can someone help me? Thanks in advance. PJF

None of that is configured or troubleshot in the phone.
That depends on your call control and your voicemail system. If you're an end user, you need to reach out to your local IT support for assistance.

Thank you so much. Your a few minutes to late. I sent that info to the IT person. Oopppps. Hope they understand and will do the right thing and figure out the problem. I really do need this option.
