After leaving a message, I hit Refresh 4 times before I can get a Light to work. We changed extension numbers and moved the voicemail to a new location.(same customer) Can anyone help...Thanks

Try pulling up status montitor while you refresh and see if you can tell what's happening. Also, how many ports are you using for MWI? Make sure you use the highest numbered ports for MWI. How many voicemail users do you have?

I have 40plus users.
Serial intergration, not in band signaling.(mci on Nec phone system)
I will try the monitor to see what's going on. This was working just fine.

For serial integrations you can use the Integration Monitor to see when/if Unity sends MWI requests to the PBX.
Also, you should have a look at the MWI chapter of the Troubleshooting Guide...
