Messages in other places other than inbox in Outlook Unity 4.0 Build 4.0(4)

Does anyone know how or if Unity can look somewhere else other than the INBOX folder for Outlook For voicemessages? We have people with Outlook rules that move emails to other folders and when that happens their Handset light doesn't light up. Is there a work around? Currently we are telling them there is no work around and to turn off the rules that are moving all their emails. Specifically the ones involving Unity voice messages.

Hello Leif,

This is working as designed. Unity will only light the lamp for Voice Messages that stay in the inbox. If the rule is moving Voice Message out of the inbox, then the lamp will turn off.

Unity does not turn on the lamp for emails only for Voice messages

Beyond the MWI issue, if you move voice messages out of the inbox into custom folders, Unity wont be able to get at them over the phone.

We have access to the inbox and deleted items folder (in 4.0(4)) only - custom folders are not available to us.
