New install of Unity 4.0(5) with Exchange 2000. I get the following errors when leaving a voicemail message, the message is not delivered:

This message has the following recipients : (). The recipient mailboxes may be disabled or inaccessible, Cisco Unity may be having trouble connecting with the partner server, or the Cisco Unity messaging component may not be properly configured. 1351

After rebuilding RUS it looked fine, until new subscriber was created for whom the problem occured. I tried rebuiling, deleting and creating new RUS without luck. All other previously created subscribers are working fine. Any suggestions?

Your error message matches this open bug:

CSCsc04954 Error when recording a voice msg for empty private list

When performing a search by name and addressing a voice message to a empty private list, Unity records the message. When pressed # to send the message, Unity prompts that 'This message has no address' and errors appear in the event log.

Whereas when trying to add a empty pvt list using search by extension Unity immediately recognizes that the list is empty even before recording a voice msg. Unity should be able to recognize that the private list is empty before recording a voice name regardless of how the subscriber is searched (search by name/extension).
