Very interesting thing. I have home ip phone users working fine for both internal and outbound call. But it's no longer working for pstn call (they can get dial tone and dial the number , but no one can hear other) since I added one loopback address on the gateway(mgcp). Then I removed the loopback address, it works again. I know gateway has to use a source address to encapsulate the voice pakect to the ip so that it can deliver to the ip phones, apparently this case it use the loopback address and there is no routing for this address.and I know there is a mgcp bind command to enable whatever address u want to be the source address. But I didn't bind it to the loopback address. The ethernet address supposed to be source address regardless whether there is loopback or not. Anbody has experienced before.
it's 2651 with 2600-is-mz.122-15.ZJ3.bin
thanks
