MOH file Upload error- application out of memory

Hi,

I've encountered an issue when trying to upload a custom MOH file to CUCM 10.5 . The file is 1.54Gb and 144 mins long. However I receive error [1044] - Application is out of memory.

Looking at RTMT the CPU spikes to 99% when trying to upload. The CUCM shows 173 mins are available so I believe there is room for this file.

The file gets transcoded in memory when you upload it. I wasn't aware of a documented per-file limitation but the conversion process must be running out of memory quota before it can finish. All you can do is have a smaller file or use an external player to stream the audio as a multicast group and have it match the group address CUCM tells phones to join when going on hold.
