I have a single cluster with 1 publisher and 6 subscribers. My issue is that a newly uploaded .wav file adhering to cisco’s requirements for encoding (u-law 8Khz, 8 bit, Mono) doesn’t play when a call is placed on hold. Its been configured as a Music on hold source and applied to the line of a phone but the result is silence. If I apply any of the previously uploaded files in the same way there is music played.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
