We have a single user/phone that runs CUACS. We are trying to move them from 12.0 on their current physical desktop to 14.0 on a VMWare Horizon persistent/dedicated VDI. The physical phone and extension are not changing. The only things that are changing are the move from physical to virtual desktop and the version of CUACS from 12 to 14.
The installation on the Horizon desktop went fine and the TSP installed correctly. We ran through the TSP setup and put in the CUCM info for CTI/TFTP and we've double checked the user/pass of the existing Attendant Console Application User.
But when we have the user sign out of their 12.0 CUACS instance on their physical desktop and attempt to sign in with the same extension on their Horizon 14.0 client, we get "The extension you entered is invalid."
But this is the same extension that logs into 12.0 on the physical desktop without issue so I don't believe this is an issue on the CUCM side of the config.
Has anyone run into a similar issue?

Thanks. They're running Windows 10 Pro (on Horizon) and using version 14 of the TSP, which we downloaded from their their CUCM 14.0 so it looks like it should be a supported configuration per the table.
