Move via GSM - no MWI

I moved a few subscribers from one Unity server to another (they are networked) at another location via GSM, but now the MWI doesn't work. I looked at the Port Monitor and the MWI is trying to be sent. Can anyone give me a clue as to what needs to happen?

Let me add a few notes: First, the "from" Unity server is on a different CallManager cluster than the "to" Unity server. The new cluster uses 5 digit DNs, while the old cluster uses 10 digit DNs, which the old Unity server also used. Alternate Extensions have been added to the Unity mailbox.

Hello -

In addition to the Alternate Extension, try adding a new matching MWI extension for the subscriber. Did you check the user's phone config in CallManager, i.e. is the DN using the correct Unity voicemail profile and is the phone in a partition/calling search space that is reachable by the new Unity server's voicemail ports? Try dialing the MWI extension from the user's phone to see if MWI can be turned on and off.
