Hi, we've recently come across an issue where our faxes are not being delivered to their subscriber mailboxes after the 'fax Service' mailbox has been moved to a new Exchange server.
I have noticed that the 'Fax Service' mailbox that was moved, is receiving the test faxes, but they are not being swept and delivered to the subscribers.
I have not yet re run the Fax configuration tool incase there was an alternative solution to this issue.
any suggestions?

I am assuming this is right fax. If not, disregard. If so, see this link for configurations etc.

Thanks for your response Tray, but not using Right Fax server. (sorry i should've detailed that)
I managed to solve the issue in the end. Combination of Permissions for the system accounts on the new Exchange server - Full Mailbox access for all and restart of services.
