Hi ,
Could someone tell what will be impact of moving Unity Install , Unity Admin, Unity DirSvc, Unity MsgStoreSvc
accounts to different OU in the same domain ?
Example :
doman ttt.com \aaa\Unity DirSvc has to be moved to ttt.com \bbb\Unity DirSvc

Hi,
I'm not aware of any issues that you'd likely experience by moving these service accounts into a different OU within the same domain. However, in attempt to ensure they're not going to have issues, you may want to log onto the Unity server as a Domain Administrator and re-run the Cisco Unity Permissions Wizard (found in the Unity tools depot), just to be certain they still have all the permissions they require.
Obviously, any changes to permissions for these accounts will not be applied unless the Cisco Unity services are restarted (and the accounts log in again).
Kind regards,
Craig

Hi Craig,
I know that unity can run only on one domain but it can monitor Multiple AD at a time. Is there anyway for Cross Domain fuctionality....
