Multiple External Phone Number Mask and Display

Hello,

I received request to provide user an ability to have different external phone number mask per client, client numbers are changing.

We have multiple companies names with different external number mask, employee can use code or pattern to display one of the company name and external mask. We have 6 names and external numbers.

I was thinking if its possible to have route pattern starting with 931xxxxxxxxxx for company ABC and then 932xxxxxxxxx for DEF?

Does it make sense?

Yes, you can definitely do that, just change the calling number as required on each route pattern and explain the users how they're mapped to the ANI.

Thanks Jaime, had some issues with the route pattern, service provider was stripping 9 for outgoing calls. I have to add 9 after the code i set.
