I have found many useful information about customizing the ring list, but is there a way to have multiple ring lists available at the same time? For example: Ring list #1 for IT phones, and Ring list #2 for all other phones. Thanks in advance for any feedback.
No, phones only know the name of the file, and that is fixed. You would need to have them point to separate TFTP servers and host a different file in each to do that.
