Hi,
We are running Callmanager 4.1.3 and Unity 4.x.
We have multiple partitions set in Callmanager, for various tenants in a building.
Currently in Callmanager, the MWI on number is 0721000000, and MWI off is 0722000000.
What partition does the MWI need to be in, and what CSS, so that MWI will work for all users.
Currently, it doesn't work at all, and i cannot dial the MWI number to turn on the lamp manually.

Hi -
On your CallManager, go to Feature - Voice Mail - Message Waiting. Click the Find button to display your MWI On and MWI off settings. Note the partition you have these in. Your IP phones must be in a Calling Search Space that includes this partition.

Check the MWI whether it has any partition or not if yes then open any open any IP Phone configuration and see whether the calling search space that phone contained has partition as part of it if yes then dial MWI on extion and it will blink on that IP phone if not then go to calling search space select the Partion for MWI .
