I have Unity Connection 10.5 with CUCM 10.5.
Phones MWI do not turn off even after listening to the message.
But it turns off when the message is saved or deleted. It is supposed to be turned off even when I listen to the message. But doesn't.

Yes ..I listened the complete message...to verify is MWI is going OFF. But not going off.

Couple questions:
1. What type of integration are you using between CUCM and Unity connection (SCCP or SIP)?
2. If you are using an SCCP integration with Unity, can you dial the MWI OFF number from the phone and manually turn the light off?
