MWI is not working intermittently

Issue description:
------------------------

  • MWI is not working intermittently and for few users.Other phones are working fine.
  • Issue started happening from the time we have upgrade our CUC 8.x to CUC 8.5.1ES148.17133-148.
  • Issue has been repeated in a month for few users.
  • Please suggest .

  • Phone Model:Cisco 7931
  • Phone Load :SCCP31.9-3-1SR1-1S
  • CUCM ver:7.1.5.35901-1
  • CUC ver:Version 8.5.1ES148.17133-148
  • SCCP integration of CUCM to CUC.

We have recreated the user in CUC which resolved the issue.
