mwi not working

in the application log i found "AvCsGateway" is not running but i hv chkd its running infacted i hv restarted it too.it also says that AvExchangeMonitor_MC - monitoring failed initialization.

I have also verified the MWI settings in call manager.

Pls reply to slove it.
