MWI related Error message filled event view

Failed to set message waiting lamp for David Lim,ext 1449, reason: Load from Doh failed. Turn on Doh diagnostics to troubleshoot.

We keep getting this message for all the users in the event view, but the MWI actually is working. What could be the cause ?How can we stop this error? Thanks

The bug appears to be cosmetic. We are seeing it on a Unity 4.0(4)SR1 server running Win2K SP4, but not on other Unity servers running Win2K3.
