Running CME 7.1.  When pressing the Services button, the user is reporting they do not see a "My Phone Apps" menu.  How do I enable this menu option?

The phone is a 7942.  Relevant config sections:

authentication credential xxxxx xxxxx

Adding the phone type (type 7942) under the ephone entry seems to have solved the issue. Now, the services menu works as intended.

Additional info: it seems the 7942 is not displaying any services when then services button is pressed. we have some 7962 phones and those work properly - i.e. show the services menu including My Phone Apps.

What is the phone firmware of 7942 ? is it the same as 7962 ?
