Need CUCM coverage option

We are currently replacing a legacy phone system that included a "SendCalls" feature. The feature did not send calls to voice mail but rather to a cover path that could have 6 extensions in the path. The issue we have is if the users "Decline" an incoming call in CUCM the calls go to voicemail instead of a covering extension.

The send calls feature also had the ability that if the user was away for a length of time they could activate send calls then the caller didn't have to wait for the phone to time out ringing the phone before moving to coverage.

Does anyone have any options other than sending the calls to a hunt pilot for coverage?

Hi there

May be you could try something with the SNR as well. With Single number reach you can ring simultaneously upto 10 destinations. Single Number Reach Voicemail Policy provides two options Timer control and User Control, of which the former one is default. Under the section Timer information, you can specify the amount of delay before which the Remote Destination should ring.

Hope this helps!
Cheers
