you can set the MWI notification per line, do that thru the CCMUser page

when you press the msg button you will reach the primary line VM, if you want 2nd line then go off-hook on that line and press messages

i'd say it would be more explicative if you try it on a lab or on the actual phone

Hi Esa,

Hope all is well my friend! Just to add a note to the great info from Jaime (+5 points for you Jaime :)

You change a setting in CCM that will allow the Message key push to access whichever line 1000,1001 or 1002 has a new Message.

In CCM Services> Callmanager

Clusterwide Parameters (Device - Phone)

Always Use Prime Line for Voice Message* (False)

Then to tweak the Message Lamp Setting in CCM for the secondary Line appearances;

For the Line Setting on the seondary lines (via Device> phone)-

Line Settings for this Device - Changes affect only this device

Message Waiting Lamp Policy - Light and Prompt

The RED Message Lamp will then work for these Secondary lines on each phone.

Hope this helps!

Rob
